Our Mission

We believe food should be delicious, organic and inspiring. It's not made, it's not manufactured, it's grown. grown is real food, cooked slow for fast people. grown’s menu offers organic fast-food focusing on nutrient-dense, farm-to-fork cuisine. grown’s extensive farm network delivers organic, local and sustainable ingredients without harmful products like GMOs, preservatives, hormones, or processed sugar grown takes the utmost care to protect our guests with food allergies by avoiding cross contamination with the Allergen Saf-T-Zone System. Everything on the menu can be made vegetarian and vegan upon request. Practicing sustainability beyond the kitchen, grown utilizes pulp-free and compostable paper products, 100% recyclable cups, BPA-free storage containers, and plantable kids meal packaging that encourages grown's youngest guests to cultivate their own gardens. grown’s rustic façade, viewable from the busy streets of South Dixie Highway, is crafted from 100-year old reclaimed barn wood. The dining room features a floor-to-ceiling living wall full of organic, edible herbs and aromatic vegetation ripe for picking. Encouraging a family-friendly environment, grown’s “kids area” offers an interactive iPad bar equipped with nutrition and fitness-themed games designed to educate children of all ages on healthy eating habits.
