Meet our nutritionist: Tara Mardigan, MS, MPH, RD. Tara is a NYC-based nutritionist, also known as The Plate Coach. She studied nutrition at the University of New Hampshire (BS), Yale-New Haven Hospital (dietetic internship) and Tufts University (MS, MPH) where she concentrated in nutrition communication and health disparities. Tara is the co-author of Real Fit Kitchen, a cookbook for athletes, fitness enthusiasts and weekend warriors. Her mission is to inspire others to find the most nourishing foods and lifestyle choices to meet their health needs and palates. She is a fearless and creative ambassador of healthful food choices.
